  Everything you need to know before building your VANCY.


♦️ Deposit & Contract
To begin your VANCY project, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit includes a formal contract agreement, locking in your spot and confirming your custom build.

♦️ Payment Timeline
50% deposit to start the project (contract signed)
25% payment halfway through the build
25% payment one week before delivery

♦️ Build Timeline
Once I receive your van, the build takes between 8 to 10 weeks. I begin preparing materials and design as soon as the deposit is confirmed.

♦️ Vehicle Options You can:
– Drop off your van in Mammoth Lakes, CA
– Arrange for me to pick it up
– Or I can come build it where you are (depending on location and schedule)

♦️ Changes or Delays
Any major design changes made after the project has started may affect timeline and final cost.

♦️ Pricing Base
Pricing starts at $69,000, all-inclusive (materials, labor, and taxes). Final price depends on how custom you want it

♦️ Warranty
All builds come with a 3-month service warranty for any build-related issues.

♦️ Cancellation PolicyIf
the client cancels after the build has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
