VANCY – FAQ

1. How much does a VANCY build cost?
Prices start at $55,000 USD. The final price depends on the level of customization — not the size of the van.  bigger battery power, All-Terrain Tires, Wraps. etc. can increase the total.

2. How long does a build take?
Once I receive your van, the average build time is 8 to 10 weeks. Design and prep begin as soon as the deposit is received.

3. Do I need to already have a van?
No. If you don’t have one, I can help you find and purchase the right vehicle.

4. Can I bring any kind of vehicle?
Yes. I work with vans, buses, box trucks, trailers, and tiny homes. Let’s talk about your idea — I adapt to all types.

5. What’s included in the base price?
Each build includes everything you need to live off-grid: insulation, solar system, kitchen, bed setup, bathrooms, water heaters, special finishes, etc.

6. Do you offer design-only services?
NO. I offer a design-only package for $1500, which includes layout and style proposals. This amount goes toward your final build if you continue.

7. Where are you located?
I build in Mammoth Lakes, California, but I can pick up and deliver your van anywhere in the U.S.

8. How does payment work?

• 50% deposit to start the project

• 25% halfway through

• 25% one week before delivery
  All payments are non-refundable.

9. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. I offer a 3-month warranty on all craftsmanship and installations.

10. Can I request a really custom design or theme?
Absolutely. That’s the heart of what I do. From wild fairytale shapes to minimalist modern, I bring your vision to life.
